For custom client projects, full ownership of all source code, 3D art assets, game design documents (GDD), and custom engine modules created by Nexvoria Games is transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in individual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. Professional Game Development Services

All development projects, including full-cycle production, prototyping, and technical staff augmentation, are governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and strict confidentiality protocols.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexvoria Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website or third-party platform integrations.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all proprietary game ideas, tech specs, source code repositories, and technical designs provided by clients or prospects with absolute confidentiality under legally binding NDAs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
